Stage 1 of 4 · Foundation

It starts with
a plot.

Setting out, excavation, foundation and oversite concrete — photographed and dated on site, against the phase you are paying for.

Land to build on

Surveyed, serviced plots with the title already in place. Choose one and we build on it — every phase visible, and your money held by an escrow provider you choose rather than by us.

Nothing to build on the site right now

We buy and service land continuously, so this changes. If you already know where you want to build — or you own the land — that is a conversation we can have today.

Every phase is visible as it happens, and your money is held by an escrow provider you choose rather than by us.

How building works

The eight services from land to keys, where you can join if you already own the land or hold approved drawings, and what each phase costs to run.

How building works

How your money is held

Ecoterra never holds it. An escrow provider you choose does, and releases each phase only when you have accepted the work.

The Ecoterra approach

What the title means

Certificate of Occupancy
The strongest title. Granted by the state, and what a bank wants to see.
Governor's Consent
A transfer the state has approved. Also strong, and common on resales.
Deed of Assignment
A recorded transfer between parties, pending the state's consent.
Excision
Land released from government acquisition. Ask what stage it has reached.
